This event is free\, however food and painting activities require purchase. Kids are encouraged to come in costume for trick or treating through the parking lot and inside Lowes. Participants are encouraged to bring donations of unwrapped\, new toys to support our Police Cops & Kids Christmas Program as well as canned food to support our fire department holiday food basket program. We will have various city departments and local organizations passing out safety information and treats.
