Best friends turned lovers are separated by the sea when Jacques’ father sends the family to a new American city called Tarpon Springs. After years abroad\, Jacques returns to France to reunite with Diane\, his one true love. Loves being the star of this\, or any\, show. Must be able to do a French accent. \nJacques / Phil: Male – late teens/early to mid-twenties. Conceited. Kind of a jerk. Must be able to do a French accent. \nStage Manager / Laura: Female – 18-50 years old – Dressed in black; wearing a mic headset. She is happy to be behind the scenes rather than in front of a crowd. Looking for someone who acts shy\, but does whatever is necessary to make the show a success. \nHouse Manager / Diane: French-speaking Female – Any age – Dressed in black. Diane only speaks French\, so being fluent in French is a bonus. If not\, the French verbiage has been phoneticized by an actual French person. \nDirector / Bixby Bingham: Male – 30-60 years old – Dressed in stereotypical/outlandish director garb. Neurotic\, nervous\, entitled.
