Pinellas County’s ESP program opened another round of funding on July 16, and applications are due by September 20, 2024. The program assists in the construction or redevelopment of industrial and office buildings that provide employers opportunities for growth and to create new jobs and expand their footprints in the County. Four new outdoor pickleball courts are under construction at the Recreation Corridor at Live Oak and N. Safford Ave. Located adjacent to the fitness equipment, amenities at the courts will include benches and outdoor lighting. The courts are expected to be open in the fall.

Local landscaping firm MuGrow Brothers is constructing three buildings totaling nearly 20,000 sq. ft. of space for warehouse, light manufacturing, wholesale trade, and construction establishments. The new commercial buildings will bring in new businesses and provide expansion opportunities for existing commercial establishments.
