Try out the Recreation Center’s Chair Yoga class here at the library.
This class focuses on gentle and mindful movements to increase your overall flexibility. All movements can be done in a chair or in a standing position holding the chair for support. Taking a free demo class is a great way to see if you would like to take more classes at the Tarpon Springs Recreation Center. Please bring a mat to use. Registration is required.
